Director/Principal Solicitor – Sokol qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and further progressed to supervising Mental Health and Community Care departments for a number of London based firms.
In September 2018 Sokol set up REDMNS Solicitors Ltd which is a niche Legal Aid practice specialising in Mental Health law. Sokol conducts his own advocacy and regularly represents patients before the First Tier Tribunal. In addition Sokol has substantial experience in bringing Judicial Review proceedings and handling High Cost cases. Sokol is fluent in Italian and Albanian.
